AIM (Admire Interventional Masterclass)

Registration for AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass is confirmed only upon full payment.
Registrations are refundable under the guidelines mentioned in the cancellation policy.
Registrations are transferable only if a request is made at least 30 days before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email and are subject to approval.

Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners, and delegate kit.
Ensure that the email ID & mobile number provided during registration are regularly used, as they will be utilized for registration receipt and conference communication.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failure of delivery by post, or failure of electronic communication.
All delegates must carry their government-approved photo ID for a smooth registration procedure.
It is mandatory to submit an HOD Letter/Qualification Certificate to avail of registration in the post-graduate category and for non-IADVL members.

Participation in AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass and hands-on workshop is limited to registered delegates only.
The AIM organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program schedule, faculty, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delegates must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided during hands-on sessions.
An Associate Delegate is an accompanying individual attending the conference with a registered delegate. They will have access to the conference and its activities but will not be eligible to receive a participation certificate.

The residential package includes double occupancy rooms.
Delegates may choose their preferred roommate at no additional cost, provided the request is made in advance.

Registrations are eligible for cancellation and refund as per the guidelines below.
Registrations may be transferred to another delegate if a request is made at least 30 days before the event and is approved by the organizers.
If AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered delegates will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be considered at the discretion of the organizers.
For Spot Registrations:

Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at contact@admireacad.com.
75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 15th April, 2025.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 15th May, 2025.
No refunds will be provided for requests submitted on or after 16th May, 2025.
Registrations may be transferred if requested at least 30 days before the event.
All refunds will be processed only, after 30 days of the conference. GST and gateway charges will be deducted from all refunds.

AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, labor disputes, or other emergencies.
In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative solutions, but refunds will not be guaranteed.

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty, organizers, and fellow participants.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass without a refund.

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during AIM - Admire Interventional Masterclass.
Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
